By accessing and using the Insightful Essence® website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

• "Insightful Wealth" podcast
• Educational content via YouTube and other platforms
• Somatic-based coaching using neuroscience and behavioral psychology principles

4. ELIGIBILITY
Services are available to individuals who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Capable of entering into legally binding agreements
• Not prohibited from using our services under applicable law

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Processing:

• We accept all payment methods supported by Stripe (credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All sales are final once service agreements are executed
• Refund Policy:
• All sales are final once the service agreement is signed and executed
• No refunds will be provided after service agreements are legally binding, regardless of service completion or satisfaction
• Payment constitutes acceptance of our no-refund policy

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• While Roselyn holds an LCSW license, services under Insightful Essence® are coaching-based
• We are NOT providing psychotherapy, counseling, or clinical mental health treatment
• Our approach uses somatic techniques and neuroscience principles for coaching purposes only
• We cannot and do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any medical or mental health condition
• You should consult licensed medical/mental health providers for clinical needs

SCOPE OF COACHING SERVICES:

• Our services focus on goal achievement, life transitions, and personal development
• We use body-based (somatic) approaches and behavioral psychology for coaching purposes
• This is educational and motivational support, not medical or therapeutic treatment

NO GUARANTEES:

• We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results
• Success depends on your effort, commitment, and circumstances
• Past client results do not guarantee future performance

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• You assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Florida law.

Dispute Process:

1. Notice: Written notice of dispute required
2. Cure Period: 30 days to resolve informally
3. Mediation: Binding mediation in Duval County, Florida
4. Court Action: Duval County Courts have exclusive jurisdiction
5. Costs: Each party pays own mediation costs

10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Inappropriate behavior or misuse of services
• Upon termination, your access ends immediately, but payment obligations remain.

11. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
